James 1:5-8
"If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.
Wisdom holds amazing power. Wouldn't it be nice to know what is the right way to go on situations. God wants to help with that. We just have to ask for wisdom, be open to it, and believe. When you ask do you believe He will give it to you or do you see it as a far fetched hope? You must believe! I am one who questions pretty much everything. I am not confident and can be unstable in a lot of things. I am re-learning the meaning of trust and trying to build that factor up again. I have been crushed many times, each time being a punch harder than the last. This is where I do not have joy unless I try and ask God for help. I have been trying to look for the reasons God has allowed these things in my life but He wouldn't let it come to me if He knew I couldn't handle it. . .therefore I need to trust. Trust will be another blog post sometime :) This world has a lot of dead ends, a lot of question mark roads where you see the dot but first you must conquered that gap of unknowns.
